Hi, my name is Nick Rabah, the pastor of Crossroads Community Church. This incredible honor has been passed down to me from Crossroads founders Pastor David Bailey and Lisa Bailey. I have been serving since September 15, 2022 and look forward to all the amazing things God is going to do with His people.

I am married to the most amazing woman in the world, Allison Vessels, who is VP of Human Resources and Resident Services for Salemtowne Retirement Community. We have been married since December 5, 2022. We share five beautiful children between us, two fur babies, and reside in Kernersville.

Raised in Brooklyn, NY, I went to Catholic school and church. When I was 25 years old, I had an encounter with Jesus under the preaching ministry of the late Rev. David Wilkerson who started the Teen Challenge model of discipleship. Shortly after giving my life to Jesus, I found myself in Israel working with a similar ministry witnessing to Arab and Jewish addicts. Most of my life has been spent serving the addicted and homeless community in such ministries as: Greater Piedmont Teen Challenge, Brooklyn Teen Challenge, House of Victory, Pierced Ministries, and Bethel Colony of Mercy.

I attended John Wesley College and currently enrolled in Fruitland Baptist Bible with a major in Religion/Christian Ministries. I work full time as Bistro Manager in River Landing Retirement Community. In my spare time, I like to ride my Harley Davidson, watch a good movie, spend time with our kids, and enjoy the company of my lovely wife.

God is good.
